Appointments can be made anytime online through our website portal "Health 365" (please talk with reception to register) or by calling reception on (09) 528 3446. If you require a double appointment, you can simply call reception and request a longer appointment or book a double appointment online..

We offer both virtual and in-person consultations. Our standard appointment time is 15 minutes. We endeavour to keep wait times to a minimum, and in the case of appointments running late, we do our best to contact you before hand to reduce any inconvenience on your part.

We pride ourselves on our friendly & approachable staff, from our receptionists, to our nurses, to our doctors - we are there to make your visit to the doctor the best experience possible.

You have access to our online portal which allows you to view parts of your medical file, and enable you to book appointments, see medication lists, order prescriptions, see lab results, and message your doctor directly.
